The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in newborn care, attentive, dependable, and passionate about supporting families during the early months of a child's life. The family is looking for someone who can provide exceptional care while creating a calm, loving, and developmentally supportive environment for their baby.

No pets Compensation Starting at $38+ per hour, depending on experience, qualifications Responsibilities
  • Provide attentive, loving, and developmentally appropriate care for a newborn
  • Support feeding, diapering, soothing, and nap routines
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for the baby
  • Follow and support the family's preferred routines and parenting style
  • Wash and sanitize bottles and baby feeding items
  • Keep nursery and baby-related areas organized
  • Assist with baby laundry as needed
  • Engage the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities
  • Prepare simple meals when time permits
  • Provide daily communication regarding the baby's routines, feedings, naps, and milestones Requirements
  • Previous professional newborn care experience
  • Current Infant and Child CPR Certification
  • Active TrustLine Registration
  • Excellent professional references
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Preferred Qualifications Experience working with newborns during the first year of life Background in child development, early childhood education, newborn care, or related fields Experience supporting families during the postpartum period Additional Information The family would love to find a nanny who is open to travel with them on weekends.
Travel is a wonderful bonus but it's not required for this position.
Pay:
$38.00
