Responsibilities Assist lead teachers or caregivers in implementing daily activities that promote childhood development, including preschool programs, toddler care, and infant care routines Provide attentive supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times during classroom activities, outdoor play, meals, and rest periods Support classroom management by helping organize materials, maintain cleanliness, and create an inviting learning environment Engage children through age-appropriate activities that foster social skills, creativity, and cognitive growth Assist with behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and emotional regulation among children Follow all safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary and report any incidents or concerns promptly Collaborate with team members to plan educational activities aligned with early childhood education standards Skills Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education Experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or nannying settings; familiarity with classroom experience is a plus Ability to provide infant care, toddler care, and support for children with special needs or disabilities Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to foster positive behavior Certification or training in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Patience, compassion, and a lively approach to engaging young learners Join us as a Child Care Aide and be part of a dedicated team committed to nurturing the next generation.
