About the family (Located Sacramento-Greenhaven) We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Infant Nanny to provide exceptional care for twin infants during day time hours . This vital role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of two newborns while supporting their developmental needs through attentive caregiving. The ideal candidate will be passionate about infant care, highly organized, and capable of managing the unique challenges of caring for twins overnight. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families.

Schedule:

1-2 days per week Approximately 4 hours per shift Days will vary based on the family's appointment schedule Experience is the #1 priority. Applicants should clearly state which schedule works best for them when applying. Duties Provide attentive care for infant twins, including feedings, diaper changes, soothing, and comforting Prepare bottles and follow established feeding schedules and dietary instructions Track daily routines, including feedings, diaper changes, sleep, and developmental observations Keep nursery areas clean and organized, including washing and sterilizing bottles Support early development through gentle, age-appropriate interaction and bonding Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure the infants' well-being Requirements Proven infant experience, preferably with twins or multiple infants Strong understanding of infant care best practices, including safe sleep standards Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate care logs Professional, calm, and collaborative communication style At least 18 years old CPR and SIDS certification (or willingness to obtain) Willing to complete background check, social media screening, and driving record verification (company-paid) Reliable transportation Comfortable around cats and dogs No additional children permitted during working hours Join us if you're passionate about nurturing newborns during their most critical early stages!
