Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to support daily operations and help lead our team in creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, hands-on, and passionate about early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily classroom operations and support teaching staff Ensure compliance with California Community Care Licensing regulations Assist with staff scheduling and classroom coverage Support lesson planning and curriculum implementation Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Step into classrooms as needed to support ratios and flow Assist Director with overall center operations

Requirements:

Valid Site Supervisor Permit (California) Minimum 2+ years experience in a licensed child care setting Strong understanding of licensing regulations CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for working with children and supporting staff Join us in creating enriching experiences that support children's growth while fostering a collaborative team environment.
