We're currently looking for warm, dependable, and experienced In-Home Babysitters and Respite Care Providers to support families with children ranging from newborn to 17 years old. What You'll Do:
Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging care in family homes Interact, play, and create fun experiences with children of all ages Follow family routines while bringing your own creativity and warmth Use monthly craft/activity kits provided by A Helping Hand ✅
Pay & Perks:
Starting at $22.00/hr with daily opportunities for bonuses and raises Tips & referral bonuses Paid vacation accrual & personal leave Flexible scheduling - you choose when you work! IRA with 3% company match Paid training to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date ✅
What You Bring:
Age 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of hands-on childcare experience (paid/professional) Education or training related to early childhood or youth care preferred
CPR, BLS
& First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid Driver's License, insured vehicle, and reliable transportation TrustLine registered or eligible for Live Scan background clearance Kindness, professionalism, and a genuine love for kids! ❤Why Join A Helping Hand?
