This is a unique opportunity for a career nanny who is looking for a long-term position with a family that truly values their caregiver and sees them as an important part of the team. The family is active, down-to-earth, and loves getting out and enjoying everything the Bay Area has to offer. They are looking for a nanny who is equally engaging, energetic, and excited to spend their days exploring parks, planning enriching activities, attending classes, reading stories, and creating fun learning opportunities. The schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. As their child transitions into daycare, the role will naturally evolve into a Nanny/House Manager position while maintaining full-time hours and compensation. The family is hoping to find someone who is excited about growing with them long-term and taking on a greater role within the household over time.

Responsibilities:

Providing attentive, engaging care for a 2.5-year-old Planning age-appropriate activities, outings, crafts, and educational experiences Supporting routines, meals, naps, and developmental milestones Child-related meal preparation Keeping play areas, bedrooms, and children's belongings organized Children's laundry Managing daycare pickups/drop-offs once enrolled Assisting with household organization and household management tasks as the role evolves

The Ideal Candidate:

Has professional nanny experience Is proactive, organized, and highly dependable Loves getting out of the house and planning fun adventures Enjoys building lasting relationships with families Is comfortable transitioning into a nanny/house manager role Has excellent communication skills and strong professional references CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:
