They are looking for someone nurturing, dependable, and experienced with infant development who is excited to become a long-term part of their family.
Schedule Flexible full-time schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
Four 10-hour days, or
Monday-Friday:
Five 8-hour days Responsibilities Providing attentive, loving care for the baby Supporting age-appropriate developmental milestones Washing and sanitizing baby bottles Baby laundry Light housekeeping related to the child Keeping the nursery and baby areas organized Compensation & Benefits $27-30 per hour-Guaranteed hours Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick leave Mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle for work-related driving Live-In Accommodations (if applicable) The family offers a private living space that includes: Private bedroom Private bathroom Private living room Private basement area Requirements 3-4 years of professional infant care experience preferred Current CPR and First Aid certification Up-to-date flu vaccination Warm, reliable, and engaging caregiver with a passion for infant development Bonus Qualifications Romanian-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
