Standard Duties:

All standard night nanny/Newborn Care Specialist duties including baby laundry, stocking the nursery, prepping/washing bottles etc. Desired Skills And Abilities The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications… All candidate must have extensive experience as a night nanny or NCS experience. Candidate should have a deep understanding of newborn development (0-3 months), postpartum care, and Safe Sleep guidelines. The ideal candidate for this position will be a calm, reassuring expert who balances attentive newborn care with being a steady presence in the home, seamlessly handling the night shift while quietly guiding the family through the milestones of the first few months. Compensation And Benefits Let's talk dollars and cents… Rate of Pay (gross): The family is offering an hour rate of $40•45/hour based on experience/expertise/certifications.
