Salary:

$25-$30 per hour DOE We are a Denver family looking for a warm, reliable on-call babysitter to help support our household on an as-needed basis, primarily afternoons and evenings during work meetings and classes, with occasional weekend availability. At the center of it all is our daughter, who is right at that magical stage where everything is an adventure. She's crawling, pulling up to stand, and on the verge of her first steps. She is curious, active, and absolutely loves being outside. If you enjoy getting down on the floor to play, going on walks, and soaking up time at the park, you'll fit right in with our family. This is a flexible, on-call role, perfect for an experienced caregiver who loves working with babies and toddlers and wants a position that works around their schedule.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

— Provide attentive, loving care for our 1-year-old in an active and exciting developmental stage — Engage in age-appropriate play, exploration, and outdoor activities, including walks and park time — Supervise safe movement and exploration throughout our home — Prepare simple meals and snacks as needed — Maintain a tidy child environment and clean up after play — Support our daughter's routine while we are away

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— Prior experience caring for infants and young toddlers — Warm, patient, and genuinely engaged with child development — Dependable and responsive — on-call availability requires flexibility and reliable communication — Comfortable with an active, on-the-move little one — No driving required — Non-smoking household; no pets in the home We are looking for someone who shows up with energy, warmth, and a genuine love for this age; someone our daughter will light up for at the door.
