Compensation And Benefits Let's talk dollars and cents… Rate of Pay (gross): The family is offering $33-$35/hour (gross). Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to a compensation of $17,820 - $28,900 for the 20 weeks (gross).

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering paid holidays (Thanksgiving and the day after) and paid sick days. The family has a trip planned the week of September 7th. The candidate will be paid and off.
