Standard Duties:

All standard nanny duties, including all of the babies' laundry, bottle preparation and washing, supporting feeding and sleep routines, egaging in developmental play and tummy time, child-related tidying and organization, tracking milestones and developmental progress and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

Travel Requirements:

No travel is required for this position, but the family would love someone who is open to it occasionally, and with advanced notice. Desired Skills And Abilities The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications… At least 2 years of professional nanny experience with infants Comfortable working collaboratively with first-time parents Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate engagement Calm, adaptable, and comfortable working in a smaller home environment Experience or education in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but not required The ideal nanny will genuinely enjoy spending time outdoors and engaging with the baby through age-appropriate activities and exploration. Compensation And Benefits Let's talk dollars and cents… Rate of Pay (gross): The family is offering $28-$33/hour gross. Based on the guaranteed hours, this equates to an annualized compensation of approximately $46,600-$54,900 per year gross.

Benefits and Perks Offered:

This family is offering 2 weeks of paid time off, sick pay, paid holidays, health insurance stipend, and gas/mileage reimbursement for driving on the job.
