Job Description

Job Description A warm and welcoming family in Greeley is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for their two young children, ages 2.5 years and 6 months. Both parents are pilots with varying schedules, so they are looking for a dependable, flexible nanny who enjoys working with infants and toddlers and is excited to become a long-term part of their family. The schedule varies based on the parents' monthly work schedules, which are provided well in advance. The nanny will be guaranteed 60 hours over a two-week period, typically working 4 days per week with approximately 3 days off. The family is happy to accommodate advance requests for important personal events. This is a live-out position beginning August 2026 with a commitment of one year or longer. Duties and Responsibilities Provide loving, attentive care for two children, ages 2.5 years and 6 months. Plan fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate activities each day. Prepare meals and snacks for the children and assist with meal prep. Children's laundry. Load and unload the dishwasher. Pick up and organize children's play areas. Sanitize and organize toys. Run occasional light errands. Take the children on outings once trust has been established. Follow current infant safety practices and maintain a safe environment. Occasionally provide overnight care (approximately 10% of the time). Be comfortable working in a home with two friendly dogs. Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of professional nanny experience, including experience with both infants and toddlers. Experience caring for two young children simultaneously. Previous experience working a flexible schedule with a proven track record of reliability. Strong knowledge of current infant safety guidelines and baby gear. Warm, nurturing, active, flexible, and dependable personality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong professional and personal references. Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance. At least 18 years of age and a high school graduate (college education preferred). CPR and First Aid certified, or willing to renew before hire. Current on standard vaccinations, including TDaP. Willing to be paid legally/on payroll.
Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
