The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of childhood development. This role involves providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children of various ages, including infants and toddlers. The Childcare Provider will engage in educational activities, support behavioral management, and foster the social and emotional growth of each child. Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and comforting as needed. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Assist with behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among children. Collaborate with other childcare staff to create a cohesive team environment focused on the well-being of the children. Requirements Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, or nannying is preferred. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development is essential. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. First aid certification is highly desirable. Strong skills in teaching, caregiving, and behavior management are required. Ability to engage effectively with children of various ages through play and educational activities. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with both children and parents.
