This role involves assisting Mom with three children (4 years old, 2 years old, and 4 months old), typically caring for two children at a time. The family has a morning nanny, so being a collaborative team player is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Childcare:

Diaper changing, feeding, and following established/following up nap/sleep schedules.

Development:

Assisting with potty training and engaging the children in age-appropriate activities.

Outings:

Taking children to local activities (must be comfortable driving children with a clean driving record)

Household Help:

Tidying up play areas, organizing toys, doing the children's laundry, and managing dishes.

Meal Prep:

Preparing basic, healthy snacks and dinners for the kids.

Travel:

Open to occasionally traveling with the family domestically and internationally.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven experience with infants and toddlers is a must.

Safety:

CPR and First Aid certified. Must be a confident swimmer.

Mindset:

A strong focus on child safety and a warm, nurturing personality. Must be authorized to work in the US Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle Minimum of 2 years of recent in private home nanny experience working with infants and toddlers with references Childhood education a plus Fluent in

English Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm•7:00 pm (20 hours/week) there is flexibilty to start earlier and stay longer.

Rate:

$30•35/hour (DOE)

PTO:

5 days' vacation and 2 sick days
