ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a dependable, warm, and energetic nanny/mother's helper to support our family with childcare and household operations. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys engaging with kids and also takes pride in keeping a home clean, organized, and running smoothly. This role blends hands-on childcare with household management—helping the family stay ahead of daily tasks, routines, and logistics.

CHILDCARE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide attentive care for three sweet, active boys (ages 7, 6, almost 4)
- Support after-school and evening routines (snacks, homework, wind-down, bedtime support as needed)
- Homework help and encouragement; reading practice and basic math support
- Plan and participate in active play (outdoor play, games, hide & seek, crafts, movie nights)
- Help reinforce manners, kindness, and family expectations in a positive way
- Guide kids through their chores and routines (age-appropriate responsibility building)
- Prepare simple kid-friendly meals/snacks and involve kids in cooking when appropriate
- Accompany family to pool and occasional outings; assist with children's birthday parties
- Potential for occasional child pickups in the future (must be a strong, safe driver)
HOUSEHOLD / FAMILY SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain household laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away; rotate linens/bed sheets)
- Kitchen reset: dishes, counters, sink, trash, wipe-downs, general tidiness
- Full housekeeping support (bathrooms, floors, dusting, surface cleaning, picking up)
- Keep floors clean (vacuum/sweep/mop as needed, especially high-traffic areas)
- Rotate deep cleaning and organizing projects (closets, pantry, toys, storage areas)
- Simple meal prep support and keeping basic household systems running
- Help create grocery/household supply lists and keep staples stocked
- Occasional errands (grocery pickup, returns, basic runs as assigned)
- Basic dog care support: feeding/water checks as directed, bathing/brushing when needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with children (professional, family, or related experience)
- Clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and comfort driving children safely
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- Physically able to keep up with active kids and household tasks (lifting, stairs, outdoor play)
- Reliable availability for weekends and some weekday evenings
