Responsibilities:
Safely transport children to and from school and extracurricular activities. Supervise homework, playtime, and after-school routines. Prepare healthy snacks and light meals for the children. Maintain tidy children's areas, including toys, dishes, and activity spaces. Plan and lead creative, stimulating games and activities to keep the children engaged. Assist with bath time and bedtime routines. Collaborate effectively with the lead nanny and housekeeper as part of a supportive household team.
Schedule and Compensation:
Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM. Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance.
Requirements:
2-3 years of childcare experience with a private family or in a similar professional setting (e.g., daycare or preschool). Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent references from all previous employers. Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to a consistent full-time schedule. Energetic, creative, and engaging when interacting with young children. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Valid U.S. work authorization. Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.
