Now Hiring:
Professional Nannies | 20-30 Hours/Week We are currently hiring for several long-term nanny positions with families located in St. Cloud, Lake Nona, and surrounding areas. Schedules vary by family but generally range between 20-30 hours per week. These positions are ideal for experienced, reliable nannies who are confident caring for infants and young children and who enjoy building long-term relationships with families while supporting routines, developmental growth, and daily care. Position Overview Families are seeking hands-on, nurturing nannies to provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and young children in a home setting. Patience, flexibility, professionalism, and strong communication skills are essential, as families value consistency, reliability, and open communication. The ideal nanny will have strong experience with newborns and young children and be knowledgeable about developmental milestones, feeding and nap routines, and age-appropriate activities and engagement. Families are seeking long-term caregivers who can provide stability through important early childhood stages. Typical availability needed falls between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday through Friday.Schedule Examples:
Family 1: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm caring for a 9-month-old (Lake Nona) Family 2: Monday-Friday, 10am-5/6pm caring for a 17-month-old (St. Cloud) Family 3: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm caring for a 7-month-old (Lake Nona)Responsibilities Include:
Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and young children Supporting early milestones through tummy time, sensory play, reading, and structured activities Maintaining feeding and nap routines based on each child's cues and schedule Preparing bottles, sanitizing feeding equipment, and assisting with transitions such as solids when age-appropriate Keeping children upright after feedings when needed and monitoring overall well-being Engaging children without screen time through crafts, reading, outdoor walks, and creative play Children's laundry, tidying play areas and nurseries, and keeping child-related spaces organized Light household support related to the children (kitchen cleanup after meals, dishwasher unloading when applicable) Occasional local errands related to the children or family needs Communicating clearly with parents regarding routines, activities, and any health-related concernsIdeal Candidate:
Has hands-on experience with infants and young children Is energetic, dependable, and proactive in planning activities Comfortable working in homes where parents may be present Health-conscious and attentive to children's symptoms or behavioral changes Comfortable around dogs (no pet care beyond letting a dog out occasionally) Willing to commit long-termAgency Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional childcare experience 3 or more excellent, verifiable references (these cannot be from family and or friends) CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain prior to start date) Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle Ability to pass a comprehensive background checkNon-Smoker To Apply:
