Full-Time - Part-Time Nanny

Applicants must have 3 years of professional childcare experience, must be able to pass a background check, and must have reliable transportation to be considered. We are currently hiring for a few families in the St Pete/ Pinellas County area. Schedules will vary but typically range between 20 and 40 hours per week. These positions are ideal for experienced, reliable nannies who are confident caring for infants and young children and who enjoy supporting families as they establish routines and long-term care relationships. M-F 8 am-1 pm or M-F 8 am-5 pm These are long-term positions, and families are looking for a nanny who can offer stability and commitment through key early childhood stages.

Compensation:

$19 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care for infants and young children Supporting early milestones such as tummy time, sensory play, reading, and structured activities Maintaining feeding and nap routines based on each child's cues and schedule Preparing bottles, sanitizing feeding equipment, and assisting with transitions such as solids when age-appropriate Keeping children upright after feedings when needed and monitoring overall well-being Engaging children without screen time through crafts, reading, outdoor walks, and creative play Children's laundry, tidying play areas and nurseries, and keeping child-related spaces organized Light household support related to the children (e.g., kitchen cleanup after meals, dishwasher unloading when applicable) Occasional local errands related to the children or family needs Communicating clearly with parents regarding routines, activities, and any health-related concerns
