Responsibilities:
Engage and supervise children in a safe and stimulating environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and games. Monitor children's development and provide feedback to parents. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas. Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards. Assist with meal preparation and serve nutritious snacks. Support children in developing social skills and emotional well-being.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; Experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Patience, creativity, and a passion for child development. Background check clearance required. Flexible schedule and availability to work various shifts.
