Job Description

Start date: ASAP A professional family in Tampa Palms is seeking a highly experienced, career-minded nanny for a long-term role supporting their three children, including an 8-month-old infant and two older children ages 3 and 5. The family is looking for someone who is confident, engaged, and truly passionate about childcare and early development, with the ability to bring structure, consistency, and warmth into a busy household. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned nanny who enjoys being hands-on, building strong relationships with children, and becoming a trusted, steady presence within a family's daily life. Schedule Full-time position 40 guaranteed hours per week Monday-Friday (exact schedule to be discussed with the family, but expected hours will be 7-3) Additional hours available with flexibility Must be available for domestic and international travel 2-3 times per year Compensation & Payroll $40

A family vehicle will be provided for all work-related driving during the day; however, the nanny must have reliable transportation to and from the home each shift. The children's mother is at home and actively involved in the household. She is also working toward establishing her own routine and personal schedule, so the day-to-day dynamic may vary. The ideal candidate should be very comfortable working in a home where a parent is present, able to communicate and collaborate naturally, and equally confident stepping into full responsibility when needed.
