Full Job Description Position Overview:

Families are looking for dependable, attentive nannies to provide daily, hands-on care for their children during scheduled hours. Nannies are expected to meet each child's needs during their shifts, follow family routines, and engage in age-appropriate, developmentally supportive activities in a safe and nurturing environment.

Available Positions:

Position is with a 14-month-old (Maitland) starting at the end of May.

Hours:

M-F 11 am-5:30 pm Position is with a 2-month-old (Winter Park), starting at the beginning of May.

Hours:

M-TH 7 am-5 pm, potential for half days on

Friday Pay:

$18-$21 per hour, depending on experience and position The successful applicant will be responsible for the safety of the children, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities, and keeping us updated on events throughout the day, and alerting us immediately if there are any problems. We will need the nanny available Monday-Friday, and you will have a set, consistent schedule. With Twinkle Toes, you will have the flexibility of picking up extra shifts and working a flexible schedule if you wish to work more hours!

Compensation:

$18 - $21 hourly

Responsibilities:

Including (but not limited to): Delivering attentive, nurturing care tailored to infants and young children, with a focus on age-appropriate development Encouraging early milestones through activities such as tummy time, sensory exploration, reading, and guided play Following and supporting individualized feeding and nap schedules based on each child's needs and cues Preparing bottles, properly sanitizing feeding items, and assisting with developmental transitions, including the introduction of solids when appropriate Ensuring children remain upright after feedings when necessary and monitoring their overall comfort and well-being Promoting screen-free engagement through creative play, crafts, reading, and outdoor outings Managing children's laundry, maintaining tidy play areas and nurseries, and keeping all child-related spaces organized Providing light household assistance related to the children, such as cleaning up after meals and unloading the dishwasher as needed Running occasional local errands to support the needs of the children and household Maintaining open, clear communication with parents regarding daily routines, activities, and any health or developmental updates Running occasional local errands to support the needs of the children and household Maintaining open, clear communication with parents regarding daily routines, activities, and any health or developmental updates
