Monday-Friday:
7:00 AM
- 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- 7:00 PM (Split shift on Monday & Thursday) One weekend day: 8:00 AM
- 6:00 PM A warm and welcoming family based in a secure private gated community in the Bahamas is seeking an experienced live-in nanny to care for their two school-age children, ages 8 and 5.
This long-term position is ideal for a calm, nurturing, and emotionally intuitive professional who enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle and is confident supporting children with mild anxiety. The ideal candidate has prior live-in experience, loves swimming in both the ocean and pool, enjoys being outdoors, and brings a proactive, positive energy to the home. The family offers a collaborative and respectful environment within a fully staffed household, along with beautiful private accommodations and opportunities for international travel.

Responsibilities:
Manage morning and afternoon routines, including school preparation, drop-offs, and pick-ups using the family vehicle Oversee daily schedules, extracurricular activities, playdates, and homework support Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities with an emphasis on outdoor play and active routines Provide patient and supportive care tailored to a child with mild anxiety while maintaining a calm, structured environment Maintain organization of children's belongings, uniforms, backpacks, and activity items Work collaboratively alongside the family's chef and housekeeper to support smooth household routines Accompany the family on frequent domestic and international travel, including destinations such as Spain, Toronto, and the
Hamptons Requirements:
Prior professional nanny experience required, particularly with school-age children Previous live-in nanny experience strongly preferred Experience supporting children with mild anxiety preferred Must love swimming, outdoor activities, and maintaining an active lifestyle
