Requirements To be considered for placement opportunities, applicants must: Have a valid driver's license Have current vehicle registration Have active vehicle insurance Be CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain certification) Have completed a physical examination within the past 12 months or be willing to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe Have reliable transportation Be legally authorized to work in the United States Pass all required screening and background check processes What We're Looking For We are seeking individuals who are: Punctual and reliable Caring, nurturing, and patient Professional and team-oriented Positive and willing to learn Strong communicators Passionate about childcare and child development Ready to represent Oliver's Nannies of Atlanta with excellence Parents with children of their own are encouraged to apply. Important Hiring Information Please note that there is a placement process before employment begins. New caregivers do not start immediately after applying. Each caregiver must complete our onboarding process and be thoughtfully matched with a family before receiving an assignment.
