Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Babysitter/Nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for children of various ages. Responsibilities Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning, creativity, and physical development. Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to children's dietary needs, ensuring proper meal times and hygiene. Maintain a safe environment by monitoring children closely, implementing safety protocols, and managing any minor accidents with first aid when necessary. Assist with daily routines such as dressing, bathing, nap times, and diaper changes for infants and toddlers. Support children's educational development through reading, teaching basic skills, and encouraging social interactions. Perform light cleaning duties related to childcare, including tidying up toys, changing bedding, and maintaining a tidy play area. Collaborate with parents to understand individual needs, routines, and preferences to provide consistent care. Skills Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged kids. Knowledge of first aid procedures and the ability to respond calmly in emergency situations. Strong skills in meal preparation tailored for children's nutritional requirements. Experience caring for children with disabilities or special needs is a plus. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as caregiving, cleaning, and teaching with energy and patience. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with parents and children alike. Passion for nurturing children's growth through engaging activities and positive reinforcement.
