Full-Time Nanny - Warm & Engaged Duluth Family (July Start) Blossom Safe Care Company is seeking a warm, engaging, and experienced full-time nanny to support a wonderful family in Duluth. This thoughtful and intentional family is looking for a nanny who genuinely enjoys helping young children learn, grow, and explore the world around them while providing a calm, nurturing presence throughout the day. About the Family Two children, a toddler and preschooler One parent works from home and is seeking a nanny who can confidently take the lead during the day while they remain focused on work responsibilities Family values curiosity, emotional intelligence, independence, and connection Minimal-screen-time household with a strong emphasis on active play, creativity, and learning through everyday experiences Two friendly cats in the home The Role This position is centered around creating enriching, engaging days for two active young children. The family is seeking a nanny who enjoys being fully present and involved, whether through crafts, outdoor adventures, imaginative play, reading, or educational activities. The ideal candidate will be confident managing the children's routines independently and partnering with the parents to provide consistency, structure, and loving care. Responsibilities Include Providing attentive care for two young children Planning age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, puzzles, and outdoor play Preparing children's meals and snacks Encouraging children to clean up after activities and fostering age-appropriate independence Transporting children to activities as needed Preschool pickup in the afternoons Supporting daily routines and creating a positive, nurturing environment Ideal Candidate Passionate about child development and early learning Calm, patient, and able to be a steady presence during busy moments Engaging, curious, and creative Comfortable caring for energetic young children Professional, dependable, and proactive Confident taking initiative and leading the day independently Safe driver with a clean driving record Seeking a meaningful long-term partnership with a family Compensation & Benefits $23-$25 per hour, W2 Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-4:00 PM Family vehicle provided for all child-related transportation 10 days paid time off (PTO) What They're Looking For This family hopes to find a nanny who truly loves the journey of helping children become confident, curious, and capable individuals.
