Household Assistant

We are hiring a part-time Household Assistant for our family/home of three. We are looking for someone long-term to take over a part-time position and being flexible is key. The position is roughly about Housekeeping and Household Management. We are looking for someone who has experienced in housekeeping, well-organized, responsible/honest, and comfortable running some errands such as; school pick-up's when needed and other mild errands like mail drop-off's, etc. What you will do in general/sporadically: School pick-up's, prepare after school snacks/early dinner prep (only when needed), Household Management such as; organizing kitchen pantry, cupboards, organizing rooms, house cleaning/housekeeping.​ To stay organized we will provide a list of priorities, etc. and then you will get the hang of it.

Schedule:

Once a week- flexible Schedule & flexibility is key (guaranteed part-time hours). Pay starts at $18.00 hr. Can go up to $20.00 hr. after three months depending on work ethic. Household Employee Schedule H Form for Tax purposes.

Required Qualifications:

Professional Houshold/Nanny experience is a huge plus but not required. Verifiable, recent references from Household Position or Volunteer background. Must be Comfortable with Dogs, taking orders, some heavy lifting- 25 lbs., camera surveillance (for peace of mind & safety purposes for both parties). Reliable Transportation, Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to be certified before starting) Willing to complete a background check. Looking for a long-term role (3+ years).

Pay:

$18.00 per hour - up to $20.00 per hour on work ethic and possibility to add additional hours/days.
