Job Description
Job Summary We are a loving family seeking a reliable, experienced, and caring babysitter for our energetic 1 child (toddler/preschool age). We need a trustworthy individual who genuinely enjoys spending time with young children and can create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment while we're away. The job will be part time for about two months. Work 3-4 days of the week. 18-24 hours on average. Duties Provide attentive childcare for a toddler Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development Support parents or guardians by communicating children's progress and needs effectively Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in compliance with childcare standards Mom works from home so don't be afraid to ask for help or understanding of something. Have a reliable transportation. Skills Proven experience in nannying, babysitting, daycare work or similar caregiving roles involving children with diverse needs Strong knowledge of child development principles and age-specific care techniques Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with patience, enthusiasm, and professionalism
