Job Description
About us. we have 3 kids. 5 year old daughter 3 year old daughter & a two year old son. We want an experienced nanny who we can trust to watch our kids. Someone who is patient, & kind, & who loves children. We want someone who doesn't smoke. Someone who is high energy and will play with our kids and make them laugh. Someone who stays off their phone while they're working and takes the job seriously. No Tv. Read books, teach them, sing with them, listen to music, take them outside, take them to the park, ect… We want someone who feels like family that we know we can trust with our children. Even overnight if need be. Someone who can work flexible hours. Some weeks might just be 5 hours for a date night... some weeks might be watching the kids for a whole weekend while we're away. 40+ hours. We will always communicate with you well in advance to plan the schedule... but at the minimum we need 1 date night per week. You will need to be able to change diapers.. to make bottles.. to safely get our kids in and out of car seats. You'll need to be able to give them baths and put them to sleep. You'll be expected to pray with them before bed and the two older girls will need you to cuddle them while they're falling asleep. You also might be asked to come on trips with us occasionally. We'd also expect you to help with house cleaning, dishes, laundry, ect… here and there. My wife and I will treat you like family.
