House Manager & Nanny We are seeking a positive and energetic House Manager and Nanny to join a loving family in Indianapolis. This vital role combines household management with attentive childcare, ensuring a smooth, organized home environment while providing exceptional care and nurturing for children who are 7 and 11 years old. Key Responsibilities- Manage daily household operations, including light cleaning, organizing, and coordinating maintenance contractors.
- Provide attentive childcare (ages 8 and 10), supporting children's routines, activities, and homework. Outdoor play and interaction is essential for this family.
- Meal planning, preparation, and grocery shopping.
- Liaise with parents to ensure all needs are met and schedules are maintained.
- Arrange and supervise playdates, extracurricular activities, and appointments. Compensation
- $26.00 - $30.00 hourly
- Paid vacation and holidays.
