Our goal at Family Tree is to provide compassionate, energetic and patient individuals to various day cares in the Louisville area. The ideal candidate would have a passion for working with young children to develop, nurture and create a stimulating environment. Flexible schedules provided to work full and part time.

Responsibilities May Include:

Provide a safe, clean and nurturing environment for children ranging from newborn to Pre-K. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational activities and programs to support the physical, emotional, intellectual and social development of children. Supervise indoor and outdoor play, ensuring safety at all times. Communicate with parents and guardians regarding the child's progress, behavior, and any concerns. Assist with feeding, diapering and maintaining a regular sleep schedule for infants and toddlers. Maintain a clean and organized classroom, including sanitization of toys and play areas. Follow health and safety guidelines and protocols. Participate in ongoing training and development. Dependable and punctual.

Requirements:

Minimum of High School Diploma/equivalent. Must be 18 years of age. Ability to pass a drug screen and KARES Background Check. Training through ECE Tris is required within the first 90 days and ongoing. Negative TB test or Chest X-ray (not required to apply, but will be required to start). What Do We Offer?
