The ideal candidate is passionate about early childhood education and committed to maintaining a safe, nurturing environment while supporting both staff and families. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the child care center, ensuring compliance with state licensing regulations and center policies Provide leadership, coaching, and support to teaching staff Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting Build strong relationships with families and ensure high-quality communication Manage enrollment, scheduling, and staffing needs Ensure a safe, developmentally appropriate, and engaging learning environment Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality standards Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure readiness for inspections Required Qualifications Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential - REQUIRED Minimum 2 years of experience in early childhood education or child care leadership Strong understanding of state licensing regulations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Ability to lead a team with professionalism, positivity, and accountability CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field Experience in center management or administrative roles Knowledge of curriculum planning and classroom quality standards
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
