Month-Old Baby Girl Compensation:
$30-$40/hr | 40 hrs/week guaranteed ($62K-$83K annually)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00am-5:00pm

August 17, 2026 (Flexible for the Right Fit) About the Family/Role Warm and welcoming family seeking a nurturing, attentive, and developmentally-focused nanny for their sweet infant daughter. The baby is curious, outgoing, loves music, and thrives on engagement, reading, singing, and age-appropriate developmental experiences. Both parents work from home and are looking for a collaborative caregiver who can confidently manage the baby's daily routines while fostering healthy growth and development. No pets. Easily accessible by MBTA. Responsibilities Full care for infant daughter Support feeding, nap, and daily routines Age-appropriate developmental activities and engagement Reading, singing, and enriching experiences Children's laundry Child meal preparation as age-appropriate Maintain organization of child-related spaces Child-focused household support Requirements Professional nanny experience Bachelor's degree required Experience caring for young infants Strong understanding of infant development and milestones Warm, nurturing, energetic, and attentive personality Reliable, trustworthy, and highly responsible Strong communication skills and sound judgment Proactive and collaborative mindset Excellent references Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Benefits 10 paid vacation days 5 paid sick days Paid major holidays Healthcare stipend Annual discretionary bonus Annual raise Long-term opportunity
