30 hours per week Benefits 2 weeks paid vacation 2 sick days 2 personal days 6 paid holidays Overview / About the Family A warm and easygoing family in Boston is seeking a long-term after-school nanny for their two children, ages 5 and 7. The family is looking for a calm, patient, and dependable caregiver who enjoys creating a supportive and engaging environment for children. Their 5-year-old child is on the autism spectrum, so the ideal candidate will have a gentle, structured approach and either experience working with neurodivergent children or an openness to learning and supporting their individual needs. This is a live-out position based in Boston during the school year. Responsibilities School pickups, including pickups in Jamaica Plain Driving children to and from activities as needed Meal prep and preparing dinner for the children Supporting the evening routine including baths and bedtime Light household tasks including dishes, children's laundry, and tidying play areas Assisting with dog care Planning engaging and structured activities and play Requirements Long-term commitment preferred Warm, patient, and reliable personality Experience with autism or openness to working with children on the autism spectrum (ABA experience is a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle required Parking provided by the family Authorized to work in the
