Morning Support for 7-Year-Old Boy Azi Suppappola Newton Centre, MA Job Details Part-time $35 an hour 14 hours ago Qualifications Personal service experience with children Assisting with ADLs Working with children Working with children Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children Full Job Description We're looking for someone warm, reliable, and engaging to help with our son's morning routine from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM Monday- Friday. Our son is 7 years old, very sweet, and does best with a little extra one-on-one attention, encouragement, and structure in the morning. We'd love someone who can help him stay on track with things like getting dressed, brushing teeth, taking his medication, and eating breakfast. He responds really well to someone who can build rapport, keep things positive, and use simple executive-function tools like timers, prompts, and encouragement to make the morning routine feel smooth and manageable. He especially enjoys conversation and connection, and bonus if you're naturally playful and can engage him around interests like cars. If time allows, it would also be wonderful if the person could gently encourage him to complete a bit of homework or other simple morning academic work. Experience working with children, especially with executive functioning, behavioral support, or ABA-style strategies, is preferred. Compensation is $35 per hour.
