  • Part-time The Child Care Facilitator will provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children before and after the regular school day. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with children and are passionate about fostering their development through play, structured activities, and positive guidance. Work schedule is Monday
  • Friday, 7:00am
  • 8:00am and 3:00pm
  • 6:00pm.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and social development. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students. Communicate effectively with parents and school staff. Maintain accurate attendance and incident records. Support children with conflict resolution and behavior management. Ensure compliance with school policies and child care regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children in a structured setting. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to engage and inspire children in both structured and unstructured settings. Must profess faith in Jesus Christ and be actively involved in a local church.
