Program Director for After-School Care at Middle School

Harper Creek Middle School
PAY RATE
$19.70 per hour; Benefit package includes no-cost health insurance coverage for employee-only; paid sick and personal days; and potential for work in summer care program

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
- 2:30 pm
- 6:00 pm on student school attendance days Wednesday
- 1:30 pm
- 6:00 pm on student attendance days.
START DATE
August 2026 or sooner if working summer care Position is open until filled.
Summary:
This person implements programming as while maintaining safety and supervision of children at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include, but are not limited to: Greet, welcome, and communicate with all parents and students in the program on a continual basis. Continuous interaction with students. Work with other child care staff to implement daily planned activities. Keep and maintain accurate billing records. Collect and deposit childcare payments to the business office. Manage supplies needed for operation of the center. Notify Director of Child Care of problematic issues that arise. Complete annual PD requirements at mandated by Child Care licensing. Develop and implement strategies to enhance team morale and well-being. Must be CPR and First Aide licensed. Or be willing to become licensed. Other duties associated with child care as assigned by the Director of Child Care.
