Childcare Staff

We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Y Time Childcare Staff to join our team in providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages, from 2.5 years old to 5th grade. We need assistance in the afternoons, specifically from 12 to 6:00 PM, with our Preschool and Afterschool Programs. Responsibilities Supervise and care for children in a safe and supportive environment, including school-age, and preschoolers Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, socialization, and physical development Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom or play area Assist with daily routines Monitor children's behavior and provide positive guidance to encourage good conduct Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns Follow all safety protocols and emergency procedures; administer first aid when necessary Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent care standards and classroom management strategies Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention when required Skills At least 1 year of experience in child care or related field CDA or Early Childhood Degree preferred Must be at least 17-18 to apply High School Diploma or GED Willing to have background check and finger printing Join our dedicated team committed to fostering a safe and enriching environment where children can thrive!
