Must possess a passion for providing high-quality care and education. Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day operation of the school Ensure the health & safety of all children and staff Supervise staff and ensure policy compliance Develop and execute marketing plans in order to meet/maintain enrollment goals Perform marketing tasks, including enrollment and tours Manage financial tasks, including tuition collection, and center expenses within budget Interview and onboard new staff Maintain and enforce state licensing regulations and policy compliance Report to the Center Owner/Executive Director Qualifications Degree in Early Childhood Education or related program Experience working in a licensed childcare facility Management Experience Complete required Director training(s) Must possess strong communication skills The ability to evaluate and resolve conflict Organized and detail-oriented Energetic and Flexible Shows initiative; strong work ethic Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred) Must pass a criminal background check This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
