As a Assistant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and assistaning with lesson plans, providing instruction to students, and ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with developmental disabilities and possess strong communication and organizational skills. ```Duties```
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
  • Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including Math and Early Intervention
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior ```Experience```
  • Previous experience working with students with developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Experience in special education or early childhood development is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and parents/guardians
