We are hiring dependable Babysitters and Childcare Providers to support families throughout the St. Louis area. While this position primarily focuses on childcare, experience caring for seniors or adults is a plus and may provide additional opportunities. Pay & Benefits $19-$21 per hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Paid Time Off (Earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked) Free telehealth primary care 401(k) with company match after one year and 1,000 hours worked Referral bonus opportunities Travel incentives (when applicable) 24/7 support from our care team Schedule Requirements To be considered, applicants must: Be available at least 3 weekdays Have availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM Be able to work 8-10 hour shifts Commit to at least 3 months of availability Responsibilities Provide attentive childcare in family homes Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities Prepare meals, snacks, and assist with daily routines Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment Encourage children's learning and development through play Communicate with parents regarding their child's day Occasionally provide light companionship or basic support for adult family members when requested Qualifications At least 1 year of childcare, babysitting, nanny, daycare, preschool, camp counselor, or related caregiving experience Adult care, senior care, or home care experience is a plus Two professional references CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Dependable, professional, and caring attitude Preferred Experience Babysitter Nanny Childcare Provider Daycare Teacher Preschool Teacher Early Childhood Educator Camp Counselor Mother's Helper Caregiver Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Home Care Aide Why Join TLC Family Care?
