Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to my child . In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting independence and well-being. Your dedication will help enhance the quality of life for those you serve, ensuring they feel valued, comfortable, and cared for every day. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives through attentive caregiving and personalized support. Responsibilities Assist my child with daily activities such as , dressing, and mobility to promote independence and comfort Provide engaging companionship and emotional support to individuals including infant. 1 year old Support early childhood development by implementing age-appropriate activities, educational play, and behavior management strategies Ensure safety by applying first aid when necessary and following proper health protocols Create a positive environment that encourages learning, growth, and emotional well-being through nurturing interactions Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience caring for infants and toddlers with an understanding of their unique needs Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for children of various ages Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but not required; willingness to obtain certification upon hiring is advantageous
