What You'll Do:
As the Manager of Child Care Services, you will provide overall leadership and operational oversight for our childcare center. You will guide the vision, culture, and day-to-day operations of the program while ensuring a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children and families.
About Kid Kare:
Kid Kare is a quality childcare center on the Logan Health Medical Center campus that is not only child-centered and family-friendly, but professional in its care of young children. While Kid Kare has grown to be a large learning center, the standard of care and caring remains unchanged. Our on-campus state-certified center cares for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years as a service for all Logan Health employees. About Our Area -

You will:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of childcare professionals dedicated to excellence in early childhood education. Foster a positive, supportive culture where employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to grow. Recruit, hire, onboard, and evaluate staff while supporting professional development and career growth. Build strong relationships with families and serve as a trusted resource for communication, support, and service recovery. Ensure compliance with all state licensing, regulatory, and organizational requirements. Oversee budgets, grants, scholarships, funding sources, and operational resources to ensure long-term program success. Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement through data analysis, collaboration, and strategic planning. Maintain a visible presence within the center and lead by example through professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

A passion for early childhood education and child development. Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop others. Strong operational and business acumen. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A commitment to creating exceptional experiences for children, families, and staff. The ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field required. Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience required . Minimum two (2) years of experience in a licensed or registered childcare facility required. Current status on the Early Childhood Practitioner Registry and successful completion of Teacher Orientation
