Nanny | Multi-Child & Behavioral Support

A Greenville family is seeking a confident, patient, and experienced Full-Time Nanny / Family Assistant with strong school-age and behavioral support experience. This role is especially ideal for someone with experience supporting a household with multiple children with different milestones and needs. Background in caring for neurodiverse children is a plus. Someone who can provide structure, consistency, and calm leadership while helping create a positive and successful daily routine while also helping keep the household organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

✔ Support one school-age child who benefits from structure, consistency, and positive behavioral guidance ✔ Provide attentive care for children ages 2, 6, and 9 ✔ Use positive reinforcement and strong behavior management strategies ✔ Plan engaging and developmentally appropriate activities ✔ Assist with school routines, transportation, and after-school flow ✔ Prepare meals, snacks, and lunches ✔ Help maintain children's spaces, laundry, and organization ✔ Assist with light household management including tidying, dishwasher management, errands, packages, and keeping daily household systems running smoothly What would make you a great fit: ✔ Experience with ADHD, behavioral support, or special needs care ✔ Strong behavior management and positive reinforcement skills ✔ Experience supporting school-age children ✔ Calm, patient, and confident personality ✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills ✔ Proactive mindset — you see what needs to be done and jump in This is a high-impact role where the right nanny will become an important support system and positive presence for the family.
