Front Desk / Child Care Attendant

EXSS Fit, a family owned and operated business in Jacksonville, is searching for a part-time Front Desk/ Child Care Attendant. We are a small, laid-back facility focusing on the client relationship and offering a stellar gym experience for all our members and staff. This hybrid team member will be responsible for the over-sight and supervision of children within our kids zone as well as the member experience at our front desk. This team member will provide safe and fun play inside the kids zone, manage front desk responsibilities and assist with clean up and maintenance of the kids area and general gym facility. EXSS Fit has a strict no-food and no bathroom assistance policy within our kids zone, so feeding and changing diapers is not required. We offer a small, intimate atmosphere with a low membership base. Due to our tight- kinit operation we have our front desk and kids care employees cross trained. We rely heavily on this position to assist with the cleanliness of the gym. Our picture perfect candidate has excellent customer service, great computer skills, loves spending time with children and enjoys engaging in activities with young ones.

Required Qualifications:

NO WEEKENDS!

EXSS Fit is a 24 hour member access facility and our staffed hours will be closed for all major holidays.
