Two-Mom Household Location:

Bernardsville, NJ Schedule:

3 days/week, 8:00am - 4:00pm Opportunity for additional date nights if desired

Length:

Long-term — the family is seeking someone who can grow with them, with the potential to move into a full-time role in the future

Start Date:

ASAP, flexible for the right person

Pay:

$30 per hour

Requirements:

Clean driver's license and reliable car (mileage reimbursed) Flu vaccine preferred but not required Comfortable with two friendly dogs Open to occasional travel (1-2 week-long vacations per year and some local travel of 3-4 days a few times annually)

Responsibilities:

Child-Focused Care:

Feeding bottles and meals Supporting sleep and soothing routines Play-based, developmentally supportive learning Interactive engagement and supervised independent play Daily outdoor time Researching local, age-appropriate activities Assisting with playdates Providing warmth, presence, and safety

Light Household Support:

Washing bottles and feeding items Washing and putting away baby laundry (as naps allow) Tidying spaces used throughout the day (leaving the home as it was found) Helping brainstorm healthy meals Maintaining an organized, peaceful environment that supports the child's well-being

Important Notes:

Mom will be in and out of the home — nanny must be comfortable working both alongside a parent and independently Must be comfortable with dogs The role will naturally evolve as the family grows, with potential to become full time
