Full time Nanny Glen Head, NY 11545 $35 an hour

  • Full-time We are seeking a full-time, engaging and experienced nanny for a warm and laid-back family with two young boys ages 5 and 4. This is a long-term role for a candidate who is energetic, organized and capable of forming a close, lasting relationship with the family.

Tuesday
  • Friday:
    1:00 PM
  • 9:00
PM and Saturday:
9:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM OR Monday
  • Friday 1:00 PM
  • 9:00 PM with weekend flexibility
  • some flexibility with the schedule can do 12
  • 8 PM if needed
Key Responsibilities:
Actively engage with the children through play, conversation and age-appropriate learning activities Maintain firm yet warm boundaries, providing structure while fostering a nurturing environment Keep the children's spaces tidy and proactively organize areas as needed Support the household with light tidying or organizing, including occasional help with dishes or small tasks Communicate regularly with the parents about the children's routines, milestones, and needs Travel to the Hamptons in the summer for live-in support (private room provided), with flexibility to go home on days off
Requirements:
3+ years experience as a professional nanny Energetic, active, and able to keep up with two busy boys Comfortable in and around a pool (swimming ability preferred but not required) With Grace values their nannies and strives to match them with fulfilling and rewarding placements.
