Hidden Gems Montessori is a small, peaceful Montessori microschool serving children ages 2.5-6. Our environment is intentionally designed across three rooms: Sensorial + Practical Life Hub Language + Quiet Room Math + Botany + Geography Room We believe in independence, beauty, order, and respect for the child. We are growing intentionally and looking for a Lead Guide who wants to grow with us. Role Summary The Lead Guide is responsible for leading the 3‑hour morning Montessori work cycle, preparing the environment, supporting independence, and maintaining a calm, beautiful classroom. This role is ideal for someone who loves small environments, individualized learning, and founder‑led programs. Responsibilities Lead the morning Montessori work cycle Present lessons aligned with Montessori philosophy Maintain a calm, orderly environment Prepare and rotate materials Observe children and document progress Support Practical Life and independence Communicate professionally with families Collaborate with the Director and Operations Manager Uphold safety and supervision standards

Qualifications Required:

Experience working with children ages 2.5-6 Calm, grounded presence Strong communication skills Reliability and professionalism Alignment with Montessori values (training preferred but not required)

Preferred:

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
