$1,600-$1,800/week, paid vacation, holidays, PTO About the Family A warm, energetic family in Sands Point is seeking a live-in nanny/house manager to support their home and care for their three daughters, ages 6, 4 and 2. All three children are in school during the day and enjoy a variety of after-school activities. The family has a fun and upbeat dynamic. This is a long-term, collaborative role working closely with a hands-on mom who is actively involved but manages a busy schedule.

Responsibilities Morning & Afternoon Childcare:

Support morning routines and getting children ready for school Assist with after-school care, activities, and daily routines Help manage schedules, classes, and overall flow of the day House Management (while children are in school): Maintain a clean, organized home Daily upkeep: dishes, laundry, tidying, organizing, surfaces Support household systems and overall order Light meal prep as time allows (

Note:

Deep cleaning is handled by a weekly cleaning service) Family Support Act as a right-hand support to mom Work collaboratively with parents to keep the home running smoothly Requirements 3+ years of full-time childcare experience Prior live-in experience preferred 1+ year of house management/housekeeping Valid driver's license with clean record Strong references Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking Ideal Candidate Someone who is warm, positive and naturally engaging with children, while also taking initiative in keeping a home organized and running smoothly. Comfortable balancing the needs of three young children and working closely with a hands-on parent in a team-oriented environment.
