Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center is seeking an enthusiastic, organized, and motivated Childcare Center Director to join our growing team! At Tiny Town, we believe childhood should be filled with learning, laughter, creativity, and meaningful connections. We are looking for a leader who shares that vision and is excited to create a positive environment for children, families, and staff. Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM What You'll Do As Center Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the center while supporting enrollment growth, staff development, family engagement, and licensing compliance.
Responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting teachers and center staff Maintaining compliance with all state licensing regulations Building strong relationships with families and the community Managing enrollment and assisting with marketing initiatives Conducting staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations Maintaining accurate records and center documentation Ensuring a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for all children Monitoring classroom quality and curriculum implementation Assisting with scheduling, staffing, and ratio management Promoting a positive, team-oriented workplace culture Qualifications Candidates must meet one of the following requirements: Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; OR Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; OR Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential with a CPL Level 3 or higher In addition, all candidates must possess: High School Diploma or GED Leadership and supervisory experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of Ohio childcare licensing regulations A passion for early childhood education and child development What We Offer Competitive compensation Supportive leadership team Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Positive and collaborative work environment The opportunity to make a lasting impact on children, families, and educators Join the Tiny Town Family!
