Job Description

Nanny Wanted — Sweet Triplets (9 Months) | Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm InHome Care Solutions is helping a wonderful local family find an experienced, loving nanny for their 9-month-old triplets. This is a full-time, daytime position perfect for a caregiver who is calm under pressure, genuinely enjoys multiples, and thrives on routine.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (40 hrs/week)
Start Date:
August 1
Compensation:
$30-$35/hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities:
Full care for all three babies: feeding, diapering, naps, tummy time, and developmental play Preparing and serving meals/bottles for all three (staggered or simultaneous, per family routine) Light meal prep for the children (purees, solids, bottle prep/sterilizing) Maintaining feeding, sleep, and diaper logs Tidying play areas and the kitchen after meals Engaging, hands-on care tummy time, sensory play, and age-appropriate stimulation
Must Haves:
3-5 years of experience in childcare (nanny experience preferred) Multiples (twin/triplet) experience strongly preferred Current CPR/infant safety certification Reliable, punctual, and able to manage the physical demands of caring for three babies at once Excellent communication with parents daily updates on feeding, sleep, and milestones Warm, patient, and energetic temperament
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
